By creating an account or using RadHubs in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree to use RadHubs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
You own your data. All medical imaging files, reports, and personal data you upload to RadHubs remain your property at all times.
By uploading data to RadHubs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We will never sell, transfer, or use your medical data for any purpose other than operating and improving the RadHubs service for you.
RadHubs offers the following plan tiers:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and are inclusive of applicable VAT.
If you exceed your plan's storage limit, you will be prompted to upgrade. Existing files will not be deleted, but you will be unable to upload new content until you upgrade or free up space.
The RadHubs platform, including its design, software, branding, and content (excluding user-uploaded data), is the intellectual property of RadHubs and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your legal right: Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 7 days of the date of the first payment, provided you have not already used the paid features of the service.

This statutory right does not apply if you have already used the paid features (e.g., storage beyond the free limit) before submitting the cancellation request.
You have the right to correct errors made during a transaction or when using the platform:
In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, RadHubs will not hold you to a transaction where a clear error occurred in the electronic form, provided you notify us before the service has been fully consumed.
By you: You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon closure, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine your use poses a security risk to other users. We will provide reasonable notice unless the situation requires immediate action.
Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 14 days before it is permanently deleted.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
