What file formats can I upload?
RadHubs supports scan files (.dcm, .dicom) for imaging studies, and PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG for reports and documents.
How does secure sharing work?
You generate a unique link for any file or study. Links can have expiry times and optional PIN codes. You can revoke access at any time.
Can my doctor view my files through a share link?
Yes. Anyone you share a link with can view your files directly in their browser — no account or installation required.
Is my data private?
All files are private by default. You control all access. Storage is secured with role-based access control.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately.
