Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear and fair terms for cancelling your subscription or requesting a refund.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges. There is nothing to refund or cancel — you can use it indefinitely at no cost.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time with no cancellation fees:

  • Go to Settings → Billing in your RadHubs account.
  • Click Cancel Subscription.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period unless specified below.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan tier. This applies once per plan tier per account.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g. charged twice, or charged after cancellation), we will refund the erroneous amount in full.
  • Service outage: If RadHubs experiences a verified outage lasting more than 48 continuous hours, affected users may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Partial months after cancellation (unless within the 14-day guarantee window).
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Dissatisfaction with features already available at the time of purchase.
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible window:

  • Email: billing@medivault.app
  • Include your registered email address and a brief reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued in the original currency and payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to your higher-plan features until then.
  • If your stored data exceeds the limits of the lower plan, you will need to delete files before the downgrade takes effect. We will notify you in advance.
  • No refund is issued for the price difference during the current period.

6. Account Deletion

If you delete your account while on a paid plan:

  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately upon account deletion.
  • No refund is issued for the remaining days in the billing period.
  • If you are within the 14-day money-back guarantee window, you may request a refund before deleting your account.
  • All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
